Terms of use

By connecting an AI assistant to the server at https://catalogo.blucher.com.br/mcp or using these pages, you agree to these terms.

The service

It is a free, read-only service: the tools query Editora Blucher's catalog and none of them changes data, places orders or creates accounts.

The data

The data is the public catalog, the same as on the book pages at https://www.blucher.com.br, refreshed daily. There may be some delay between a change on the website and the server's answer.

Price and availability

Prices, editions and availability may change without notice. The website's prices at checkout always prevail. The final answer is written by the AI assistant you use, which may summarize or misread the record: check the website before buying or adopting a book.

Purchases

Purchases happen only at https://www.blucher.com.br. This server does not sell, take payments or collect purchase data. E-books are sold through the partner digital stores listed on the book page.

Fair use

Use is free, with per-minute request limits per IP address and per client, lower for the search and syllabus tools. Clients over the limit get HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header and must wait that long. You may not try to bypass the limits, overload the service, use it for unlawful purposes or present the data as coming from another source. We may block abusive clients.

Content

Synopses, tables of contents, covers and trademarks belong to Editora Blucher and their respective owners. The expected use is an assistant answering its user and citing the book with the book page link.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability, response time or full catalog coverage. It may change, go offline for maintenance or be discontinued.

Privacy, changes and contact

What we log is described in the privacy policy. These terms may change; the version on this page is the one in force. Questions: support.
