What to include in a report

• the client you use (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, VS Code…) and, if you know it, the version;
• the approximate date and time, with your time zone;
• the question you asked the assistant or, if available, the tool called and its parameters;
• what you expected and what you got, with the ISBN or title of the book involved;
• the error message, if any (for example the code parametro_invalido or an HTTP 429).

Do not send passwords, personal data or the whole conversation: the relevant excerpt is enough.

Wrong book data

Prices, editions, synopses and availability come from the website catalog at https://www.blucher.com.br. Send us the ISBN and what is wrong: it is fixed at the source and reaches the server on the next update.
